At Insight we work in the design and collection of data using different technology, and in data transfers (including data access and manipulation). Data can come from a variety of sources in our consulting projects including the collection of data from surveys, and the collation of existing datasets. Some of the software that we frequently use for survey data collection includes Qualtrics, Customer Voice, Sharepoint, and Forms.

Insight is based at the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct. The Precinct contains Griffith University Gold Coast, the Gold Coast University Hospital, the Gold Coast Private Hospital, and the Cohort and Lumina tech parks. Insight provides research, consulting, training, and IT support services for clients across the Precinct and for the broader international community.
